Bakery opening February 3, 8am

Oh boy, we are getting excited! The shelves aren't stocked yet, but Wednesday at 8am we will present our bakery goodies to everyone. Please try and come in to see what we are baking for you.  We are hoping to have the coffee and tea ready but are waiting for our shipments to arrive, but the pastries will be stocked and ready for everyone to purchase. New potato bread and hambuger rolls

Starting yesterday we started baking our own our own bread! We will have dinner rolls for service, sliced bread for our sandwiches and buns. We are very excited to go to this next level. In the bakery you will be able to purchase these items along with our pizza shells.

I had to post this adorable email from Michelle. She is part of our father/daughter team and has attended both cooking classes and is proving to be our aspiring chef. She has also volunteered to assist with our kids class this summer. I am thrilled that she is having a great time with our cooking classes.

Dessert Cooking Class date change

The Dessert Cooking Class has been moved to Wednesday January 13th at 6:00 pm sharp.
The class will include instructions and recipes for:

• Flourless chocolate cake
• Turtle cheesecake
• Raspberry white chocolate bread pudding
• Choclate thin mint waffers

As with the last class you will get all the recipes and super cute packaging, gift tags and ribbon for a special Valentines gift you will learn to make.
Included also is a glass of wine with some cheese and crackers to nibble on.
Don't forget to wear your best apron, I got one for Christmas, rally some friends together and call or email us to save a spot.
