My early morning walk brings joy to my eyes...spring has arrived and everything is waking up from our long cold winter. Even Lucy had to stop and gaze...

Cooking Class review
Hello Everyone at Dish:
Totally enjoyed my second cooking class at Dish last night. Thanks so much
for letting me take part in something so educating and tons of fun. I must
say the food last night was AWESOME. That Gratin was so good.
Please sign me up for next month. I am assuming that the date is April 7,
2010.

Birds
A Homely Winter Idyl
Great, long, lean clouds in sullen host

While overhead I've only seen
A leaden sky the whole long day.
My heart would gloomily have mused
Had I not seen those queer, old crows
Stop short in their mad frolicking

Food for thought, order your next Birthday, Anniversary or just in the mood for cake...
Every Friday night we have been baking Sticky Buns, pick some up for Saturday morning.
Don't forget fresh baked potato bread every Friday.
Cooking class Wednesday March 3rd. Starts at 6pm. Bistro basics which will include roasting a chicken, preparing a gratin and making a fruit galette. We still have room so ask a friend and come join us!
