Something new


Pictured above are my knives, in my kitchen. I am no longer the Chef at Dish. Unfortunately our path came to a fork in the road and I chose a different way. I always try and see the good in unpleasant situations, and above all experiences I've had in the past 2 and half years I bring my passionate commitment to the "farm to table" approach in the industry. I am forging onward to my next adventure and will share these journeys. In the mean time I am recharging and finding me again.Thanks for everyone's support at Dish!!!!

  1. Cheryl, I am very sorry to hear that you are no longer at Dish. I have enjoyed everything I've ever eaten there. Keeping my fingers crossed that the quality of food stays up to the standard that you set. Are you staying in the area? If so, hope to see you heading up another restaurant very soon!

  2. Thanks so much for enjoying the love and energy I put into the food at Dish. My passion for the farm to table movement hopefully will be put to use very soon. I will post my next move on my blog. For now I am enjoying some much needed down time. Again thank you so much for appreciating my standards!
